Contest name:
The TopArt 2022 child contest with the theme "BEAUTIFUL OCEAN" aims to create a community playground, encouraging children to unleash their imagination to draw beautiful and creative works. Thereby cultivating and improving knowledge, training creative skills and building dreams in the future.

Contestants:
The organizers divide contestants into 2 levels:

- Basic level: Children from 4 to 7 years old.

- Advanced Level: Children from 8 to 16 years old.

Subject: OCCASION BEAUTY
The theme "OCCAL BEAUTY" is a creative and challenging theme for children's rich imagination. Each of us and the children have probably never witnessed the whole panorama of the vast ocean with our own eyes, most of us can only admire it through books, newspapers, social networks, television.. With the theme This requires children to use all that they know about the ocean, combine and recreate through their own imagination, creativity and painting skills to bring a colorful picture. Poetic, bright.

Basic Level:

- Children from 4 to 7 years old: Children will draw and color on the available drawings 50% and the remaining 50% Children can create more details according to their imagination to make the picture attractive and attractive.

Advanced Level:

From 8 to 16 years old: Children will complete their drawings on A3 size paper, without stroke support.

Exam forms:
- The children participated in the competition to prepare pencils 2B, 8B, erasers, and colors of their choice.

- Each contestant will draw 1 picture in 120 minutes.

- Drawing paper prepared by the Organizing Committee.

- On the drawing paper, it is necessary to write the full name, age, address, school, class, and phone number of parents. (For schools, Children at the Basic level will be assisted by teachers to record information).

- All paintings after the competition will be kept and owned by TopArt for display, printing and communication purposes.

- Paintings that do not meet the above requirements are invalid.

Exam time and place:
- Exam time: from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on November 5, 2022.

- Exam venue: Main lobby of SC Vivo City commercial center 1058 Nguyen Van Linh street, Tan Phong ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh city.

Scoring Criteria:
Works are judged on three main criteria:

- Aesthetics: The layout of the drawings is tight, the colors are vivid and attractive. Techniques are evaluated based on age group, drawings are not blank, do not use rulers, do not have rowing lines.

- Creativity: The drawing conveys the message as well as shows the originality and novelty. Do not copy or imitate existing ideas and materials.

Fee: 600,000 VND/ 1 child.
Including: Competition fee, competition shirt, ticket to attend the GALA night + 1 adult ticket (painting exhibition, party, art, painting and product auction). If there is more than 1 parent or relative who wants to attend the GALA night with their child, the fee will be 300,000 VND/ person.

The total prize value is up to 1,110,000,000 VND

NOTE:

Register to attend with the branch Admin Baby is studying. Registration must be completed by Sunday, October 23, 2022.
Parents let their children attend the exam on time. If you are late, it will affect your child's exam. The organizers are not responsible for any reason.
Once registered for the program, the Organizing Committee will not refund the participation fee for any form or reason. The participation fee can be transferred to another Child participating in the program.
Prizes will be announced at 11:45 am on November 5, 2022 after the contest ends and prizes will be awarded on GALA night on November 6, 2022.
During the competition, to ensure the fairness of parents, the teacher will not give any further instructions. If you have any questions, a representative from the Organizing Committee will answer them within a period of time after the contest
