1. Program Name: “PROSPEROUS SPRING – DESIRED GIFTS”
2. Duration: From 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM, January 23, 2026, to March 07, 2026.
(Excluding Tet Holiday break: from 2:00 PM on Feb 16, 2026, to 10:00 PM on Feb 17, 2026).
3. Eligibility
Open to all Vietnamese citizens residing in Vietnam who are registered members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program. A member is defined as a customer who has successfully registered via the SC VivoCity App using a valid Vietnamese mobile phone number.
4. How to Participate
During the program hours, SC VivoCity Rewards+ members who shop, dine, or use services at the mall with valid receipts can redeem lucky draw tickets at the Information Counter, Level 1, SC VivoCity.
– Redemption Value: For every 1,500,000 VND (VAT included) on a receipt, customers receive 01 lucky draw ticket.
– Combined Receipts: A maximum of 03 receipts may be combined to reach the 1,500,000 VND threshold, provided each receipt has a minimum value of 50,000 VND.
– Daily Limit: Each customer can receive a maximum of 03 tickets per day.
– Same-day Validity: Tickets must be redeemed on the same date printed on the purchase receipt.
Valid Receipts:
– Must be intact and original. Re-printed receipts, VAT invoices, event atrium receipts, handwritten receipts, gift card/voucher purchases, deposit/reservation slips, installment payments, or ATM slips are not eligible.
– Exclusions: The program does not apply to receipts from California Fitness & Yoga, Vita Clinic, or temporary tenants (short-term booths under 6 months).
– Each receipt can only be used to participate once.

5. Redemption Process
- Customers must fill in all required information on the ticket: Full Name, Date of Birth, ID/Passport Number, Phone Number, and Address.
- Participants must check the box to confirm they voluntarily provide and allow SC VivoCity (and its authorized units) to process their personal data for the purpose of the lucky draw.
- Drop the completed ticket into the official ballot box at the Information Counter.
Important Dates:
- Winner Selection: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM, March 08, 2026 (Announcement Day).
- Prize Distribution: From March 08, 2026, to March 29, 2026.
Participants NOT Eligible:
- Employees and immediate family members of VCCD, staff of tenants/booths at SC VivoCity, event agencies, service providers, advertisers, or printers involved in the campaign.
- Non-members of SC VivoCity Rewards+.
- Children and adolescents under 15 years old.
