1. Program Name (TOP SPENDER): “SHOPPING SPREE – X10 GIFTS”

2. Duration: From September 19, 2025, to September 28, 2025.

3. Eligibility: Open to all Vietnamese citizens residing in Vietnam who are registered members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program. A member is defined as a customer who has successfully registered via the SC VivoCity App using a valid Vietnamese mobile phone number.

4. Promotion Details: From 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily during the program period, 05 special gift combos will be awarded each day to the 05 SC VivoCity Rewards+ members with the highest total spending recorded at the Information Counter (Level 1, SC VivoCity) within that same day.

Each Gift Combo includes:

– 01 UNIQLO Mini Ultra Bag.

– 01 UNIQLO Gift Card worth 100,000 VND.

– 01 Voucher for an ECCO shoe care product worth 270,000 VND.

– A collection of brand vouchers:

+ Face Wash Fox: 01 add-on service voucher worth 299,000 VND.

+ Anta: 200,000 VND voucher.

+ Chang Kang Kung: 200,000 VND voucher.

+ Cloud Pot: 100,000 VND voucher + 01 random complimentary dish.

+ Rabity: 100,000 VND voucher.

+ LAC: Buy 1 Get 1 voucher.

+ Timezone: Exclusive top-up offer voucher.

+ Marukame Udon: 50,000 VND voucher.

+ Llao Llao: 30,000 VND voucher.

*** Valid Receipts:

– Must be intact and original receipts issued within the same day of participation.

– Ineligible receipts: Bills under 50,000 VND, re-printed receipts, VAT invoices, event atrium receipts, handwritten receipts, gift card/voucher purchases, deposit/reservation slips, installment payments, receipts from non-partner stores, or ATM slips.

– Exclusions: Does not apply to receipts from Wall Street English, California Fitness & Yoga, Vita Clinic, or temporary tenants (short-term booths under 6 months).

– Each receipt can only be used to participate once.

5. Terms and Conditions:

– Customers can combine multiple receipts from the same day. Receipts must be brought directly to the Information Counter (Level 1) to record daily spending and confirm participation.

– This program does not apply to customers who accumulate points independently via the SC VivoCity Rewards+ App; recording must be done at the counter.

– SC VivoCity Customer Service staff reserve the right to verify receipts and reject those that do not meet the criteria.

– Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other products of equivalent value.

– Daily recording ends at 10:00 PM; any transactions after this time are invalid for that day’s ranking.

– Tie-breaking: In the event of a tie in spending, the customer who registered their receipts earlier will be ranked higher.

– Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees (if any), and personal travel/accommodation expenses related to prize redemption.

– VietSin Commercial Complex Development JSC (VCCD) reserves the right to use winners’ personal information and images for commercial advertising without additional costs.

– Participants NOT Eligible: Employees and immediate family members of VCCD, staff of tenants/booths at SC VivoCity, event agencies, service providers, or printers involved in the campaign. Also excludes non-members and individuals under 15 years old.

6. Prize Awarding Process:

– SC VivoCity will notify the highest spenders via their registered phone number/email within 07 days and provide instructions for prize redemption.

– All prizes must be collected directly at SC VivoCity no later than October 31, 2025.
