1. Eligible participants
All customers who are Vietnamese citizens residing in Vietnam and are members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program. A member of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program is a customer who has registered as a member on the SC VivoCity App using a valid Vietnamese mobile phone number, and whose membership registration has been successfully confirmed.
2. How to participate
During the hours from 8:30 – 22:00, from 23/01/2026 to 07/03/2026, excluding the Lunar New Year break from 14:00 on 16/02/2026 to 22:00 on 17/02/2026, SC VivoCity Rewards+ member customers who shop, dine, or use services at SC VivoCity with valid invoices (also called receipts) valued from 1.500.000 VNĐ (allowed to combine up to 3 invoices each with a minimum value of 50.000 VNĐ) under the program conditions below may exchange for a lucky draw ticket at the Information Counter, floor 1 of SC VivoCity Shopping Mall.
With each 1.500.000 VNĐ (price including VAT) on the invoice value (HĐ) from outlets in SC VivoCity, the customer receives 01 lucky draw ticket to participate in the program. Customers can only receive the lucky draw ticket on the same day as the invoice date recorded on the purchase invoice. Each customer may receive a maximum of 03 draw tickets in one day.
Valid invoice (also called receipt)
- A valid invoice is an intact invoice on the day the customer participates in the program. Reprinted invoices, value-added tax invoices, invoices originating from event lobby areas, handwritten invoices, invoices for purchasing gift vouchers, discount vouchers, purchase vouchers, deposit or margin invoices, installment payment invoices, ATM cash withdrawal receipts, etc., are considered invalid.
- The program does not apply to invoices from California Fitness & Yoga, Vita Clinic, or invoices from short-term booths under 6 months at SC VivoCity
- Each invoice may participate in the program only once.

4. Method of awarding prizes
- Customers fill in all information on the entry form, including: Full name, date of birth, ID card/Passport number, Phone number, Address, Tick the confirmation box indicating the customer voluntarily agrees to provide SC VivoCity with their personal data, and allows us (and our appointed or authorized units) to process personal data for the purpose of implementing the lucky draw program of SC VivoCity shopping mall. Customers drop the entry form into the ballot box placed at the Information Counter.
- Time for determining winners: 18:30 – 19:30 on 08/03/2026 (Prize announcement date)
- Prize awarding period: from 08/03/2026 to 29/03/2026
**The program is not for: Employees, family members of employees of VCCD, employees of tenant businesses, tenants at SC VivoCity shopping mall, event company staff, service providers, advertisers, printing services serving the promotion program of Vietsin Complex Development Joint Stock Company (VCCD); Customers who are not members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program; Children and adolescents under 15 years old.
