“TOP SPENDER”

1 Ogawa Tapping Foottee per day for the Customer with the highest total spending in one day

1. Promotion mechanics:

• From 10 January 2020 to 19 Jan 2020, Customer with the highest spending in 01 day will have an opportunity to receive one Ogawa Tapping Foottee machine - retail value VND 8,000,000.
• Please bring your receipt(s) to SC VivoCity Information Counter – Level 1 for your participation.

2. Terms and Conditions:

• Customers can combine their same-day receipts for participation on each day for the “Top Spender” prize.
• The valid original receipt has to be issued and valid for participation within the same day. SC VivoCity has the right to refuse unqualified receipts.
• Customer Service Officers have the right to check the validity of receipts.
• This promotion is not applicable to staff of tenants, service providers, vendors and their relatives in SC VivoCity.
• Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
• This promotion will end at 22:00 on each day during the period from 10 January 2020 to 19 January 2020; all transactions at the Information Counter after 22:00 each day during the promotion period are invalid.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• SC VivoCity is not responsible for any claim regarding increase or decrease in the price of the prize at the award time.
• The winner is solely responsible for paying all taxes and fees related to the prize stipulated by Vietnamese Law (if any) and other expenses such as transportation and accommodation.
• All queries regarding the promotion can be obtained at the Information Counter.
• The winner of each day will be notified within 07 days.
