1. Promotion mechanics:

From 24 May to 31 July 2019, Customers will have the opportunity to participate ‘Shop in Summer – Win a Prize” promotion:

- With receipt(s) valued at VND 1,000,000 or more, each customer will receive a Rice Straw package or 01 voucher valued from VND 50,000

- With receipt(s) valued at VND 1,000,000 or more, each customer will receive a lucky draw registration form to participate in program with attractive prizes as followings:

+ 01 First Prize: Gintell DéVano SL ROSEmantic massage chair - Retail Value: VND 46,999,000

+ 02 Second Prize: 01 Ogawa OmKNEE Therapy machine - Retail Value: VND 16,900,000

2. Terms and Conditions:

- The valid original receipt has be issued and has valid within the same day. SC VivoCity has the right to refuse unqualified receipts.

- Customer Service Officers have the right to check the validity of receipts.

- This promotion is not applicable to tenants’ staff, service providers, vendors and their relatives in SC VivoCity.

- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.

- This promotion will be end at 22:00 on 31July 2019. All transactions at Information Counter after 22:00 on 31July 2019 are invalid.

- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

- The winner is solely responsible for paying all taxes and fees related to the prize stipulated by Vietnamese Law (if any) and other expenses such as transportation and accommodation.

- All queries regarding the promotion can be obtained at the Information Counter.

- SC VivoCity is not responsible for any claim regarding increase or decrease in the price of the prizes at the award time.

- The draw expects to be conducted on Tuesday, 06 August 2019 at SC VivoCity

- Vietsin Commercial Complex Development JSC reserves the right to use information or photos of customers for marketing and promotional purposes without any charge.
