2. Eligibility:

The promotion is open to all Vietnamese citizens residing in Vietnam who are members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ Program.

An SC VivoCity Rewards+ member is a customer who has successfully registered for membership via the SC VivoCity App using a valid Vietnamese mobile phone number and has received confirmation of successful membership registration.

3. Redemption Mechanics:

SC VivoCity Rewards+ members who spend VND 500,000 or more in a single F&B receipt at SC VivoCity, subject to the terms and conditions below, will receive one (01) Starbucks Gift Voucher valued at VND 100,000.

Terms & Conditions

  • The receipt must be issued between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, from Monday to Friday.
  • Customers must redeem their gift at the Information Counter before 3:00 PM on the same day the receipt is issued.
  • After 3:00 PM, all unredeemed receipts will become invalid.
  • Receipts cannot be combined.
  • Receipts used for this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional programs.
  • Each customer is entitled to redeem a maximum of one (01) Starbucks Gift Voucher throughout the promotion period.
  • Gifts are available while stocks last. The promotion may end earlier once all gifts have been redeemed.

4. Eligible Receipts

An eligible receipt must be an original and intact receipt issued on the same day the customer participates in the promotion.

The following are considered invalid receipts:

  • Reprinted receipts
  • VAT invoices
  • Receipts generated from event hall activities
  • Handwritten receipts
  • Gift voucher purchase receipts
  • Discount vouchers
  • Shopping vouchers
  • Deposit receipts
  • Security deposit receipts
  • Installment payment receipts
  • ATM cash withdrawal slips
  • Any other receipts not related to qualifying purchases

Additional conditions:

  • Applicable only to F&B receipts issued by participating tenants at SC VivoCity.
  • Not applicable to receipts from Co.op Xtra.
  • Not applicable to receipts from short-term tenants operating for less than six (6) months at SC VivoCity.
  • Receipts must be issued on the same day of gift redemption.
  • Each receipt may be used only once for this promotion.

5. Gift Redemption Location

Customers may present their eligible receipt(s) at the Information Counter on Level 1, SC VivoCity to redeem their gift.

Important Note

This promotion is applicable only to point accumulation transactions processed at the Information Counter.

Exclusions

The promotion is not applicable to:

  • Employees of Vietsin Commercial Complex Development Corporation (VCCD);
  • Immediate family members of VCCD employees;
  • Employees of tenants and retail outlets at SC VivoCity;
  • Employees of event organizers, service providers, advertising agencies, and printing vendors involved in supporting promotional activities for VCCD;
  • Customers who are not members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program;
  • Children and teenagers under 15 years of age.
