PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

“CÀO LIỀN TAY – NHẬN NGAY PHẦN THƯỞNG” (SCRATCH & WIN – INSTANT REWARDS, 21/02 – 09/03/2025)

 

1. Program Name: SCRATCH & WIN – INSTANT REWARDS AWAIT

2. Duration: From February 21 to March 09, 2025 

3. Eligibility:

The program is open to all Vietnamese citizens currently residing in Vietnam who are registered members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program. Eligible members are those who have successfully registered via the SC VivoCity App using a valid Vietnamese mobile phone number. 

4. How to Participate:

Between 8:30 AM and 10:00 PM, from February 21 to March 09, 2025, SC VivoCity Rewards+ members who shop, dine, or use services at SC VivoCity with valid receipts totaling 1,000,000 VND or more are eligible to redeem scratch cards at the Information Counter (Level 1, SC VivoCity).

  • Redemption Rate: For every 1,000,000 VNĐ (VAT inclusive) spent at any participating outlet within SC VivoCity, customers receive 01 scratch card.
  • Combined Receipts: A maximum of two (02) receipts may be combined, provided each receipt has a minimum value of 50,000 VNĐ.
  • Redemption Policy: Scratch cards must be redeemed on the same day as the date printed on the receipt.
  • Daily Limit: Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 03 scratch cards per day.

Valid Receipts 

A valid receipt must be an original, intact printed receipt issued on the day of participation.

  • Exclusions: The following are considered invalid: Reprinted receipts, VAT invoices (red invoices), receipts from event atrium booths, handwritten receipts, gift card/voucher purchases, deposit slips, installment payment receipts, and ATM withdrawal slips.
  • Non-participating Tenants: Receipts from Wall Street English, California Fitness & Yoga, Vita Clinic, and short-term pop-up stores (leased for less than 6 months) are not eligible for this program.
  • Usage: Each receipt can only be used to participate in the program once.

6. Prize Redemption:

Customers will receive their scratch cards and reveal their prizes immediately at the Information Counter (Level 1, SC VivoCity) during the program period. The prize information is displayed on the back of the card after scratching off the silver coating.

Exclusions: This program is not open to:

  • Employees and immediate family members of VCCD, staff of tenants and outlets within SC VivoCity, employees of event agencies, service providers, advertising agencies, or printing vendors associated with Vietsin Commercial Complex Development Joint Stock Company (VCCD).
  • Non-members of the SC VivoCity Rewards+ program.
  • Children and teenagers under 15 years of age.
